Uncovering the journey of endive from root to dish in a way that traditional film can’t. To honor our culinary and artistic heritage we paid tribute to Flemish artists as Masereel and Permeke in this authentic hand drawn film that continuously loops at a multimedia installation at Brussels Airport, reaching out to 25 million travellers every year.
"Created in vertical format because of the installation's setup. We set out to create an animated short film rather than a promotional video, and celebrate craftsmanship, pushing the boundaries of our studio."
